  Modified the General Batch layout to allow General batch updates for segments (Corema)

The new bits in the member promotion General Batch file (2) are: on the "flags" section:
Bit 2:   allow_when_offline; //1 char offset 119 of the record ( values- ascii '0' or '1' )
Bit 3:   update_loyalty_server;//1 char offset 120 of the record ( values- ascii '0' or '1' )
 New Feature  ISS45 changed to support the PocketOffice Dashboard with Price comparison member promotions.
