V7 EJ has really become a pain since we removed the ability to see voids
when we use clean receipt. This used to work in 7.6.xxx. We could set the
receipt to not show voids and error corrects, then when we looked in the
journal, we could still see the voids and error corrects. CATEGORY: Electronic Journal |

If you scan a Frequent shopper # at the
prompt at the beginning of the order, the 11 digit number is printed
correctly on the customer receipt as FREQUENT SHOPPER # 40007313925 If you hit enter at the Frequent shopper # prompt and use the function (965 secondary number) using Corema, the number prints out as 12 digits. FREQUENT SHOPPER # 400073139254 CATEGORY: Receipt |

Corema - order level percentages has to
be entered with 3 decimal places. So 5% is entered as 5000 which appears
as 50.00. This is very inconsistent and needs to be corrected to the
standard of other percentage entries in ISS45. CATEGORY: Corema |

Fault 1888
WD 2490 |
Corema does not work when a promotion is assigned a mark down
department. When discount to be applied as part of an Order/Group or Order/Level discount, it ignores any other member discounts which have also affected the item's price. This leads to an excessive discount being awarded to the customer. CATEGORY: COREMA |

v7083_54, TP2K, Orion 9950 scanner/scale with single cable, touch screen with 32-key teamkey. Sign on cashier to POST, while between orders make a change to the "Cash In Drawer Limit" for that POST (screen 6-1-4-1) and save the change (F2). Start the next order by scanning an item. The scanner will give a good read beep plus the green light but no item will show on the display, continue to scan but no items will be displayed. Sign off cashier. Sign on cashier, scan items and system responds as normal. Between orders make a POST configuration change to the "Cash In Drawer Limit", scan some items (they will not be displayed) then key enter an item and all the scanned items will now display. Also have seen where, after making POST configuration change) the scanner gives an orange and green light and stays disabled. In the situation where the scanner is disabled you must reboot (warm or cold) the TP2K to get the scanner back. |

USCAN - When making a partial tender Credit
Card payment the Cashier's EFT Slip for signature is not being printed. Scenario: 1. Start an order at the Robot 2. Scan any item 3. Pay Now 4. Cash: Partially Pay 5. Credit: Pay outstanding balance |
| WD 4736 | OPOS - Using same Logo on my Epson 6000II printers. One printer is using OPOS and the Logo is twice as large and appears to be a negative of the Logo. |
| WD 4740 |
Using OPOS Printer, the EOD Report is only printing 1/2 of the report Scenario: 1. Run EOD or manual POS Report from the terminal 2. Only half the report prints
Expected Results: Full POS Report to print |
| WD 4741 | The MICR is prompting to put check upside down when it should be up on Epson 6000II using OPOS. |
| WD 4742 | Prompt for check endorsement and put check into OPOS epson6000II printer. The printer does nothing and trying to clear the prompt from the screen does not work. The only way out is a restart. |
| WD 4745 | OPOS - Line and dashes under Department on OPOS Epson 6000II printer. Either have a line or use dashes both not both on OPOS printer. |
| WD 4910 |
Ringing up a large order with 2 line items ( Item Description on first line, split quantity price on second line, 1 @ 3 for 2.00) produces a printer error at the end of the receipt print. Axiohm 7156 printer only. Epson H6000 works fine. Do not have other printer models to test, so this might error with other Axiohm printer models. Scenario: 1. Have an item in the system for split price, i.e. 3 for 1.00 2.
Must have Axiohm 7156 printer attached. 3. Ring in 150 of the split priced item. Cannot use the quantity key, must ring individually. 4. Tender out order, receipt prints ticket and at the end of the receipt, red printer error box appears on the screen, says Suspend Printer, only hangs there for a few seconds and disappears. Receipt is finished printing and printer is not really suspended. More of a nuisance to the customer. Expected Results: Printer should be able to handle the items in the sale just as the Epson Printer does. |
| WD 4959 | The first key entered department is not beeping on the POST 92R keyboard. The configuration is set to generate sound from keyboard. This problem also happens if set to generate sound from kbd & PC. |
| WD 4980 |
PSI - When customer defines an Enhanced Promotion with a Reward Type of "Target Message", and the promotion threshold is reached, a popup appears on WinPos which cannot be cleared in the self checkout environment. This popup appears on the non-self checkout register where the cashier can press "clear" to dismiss it, but it also appears on the hidden WinPos screen of the self checkout where it doesn't get cleared. This causes a hang condition on the self checkout. |

If you link a key to a plu it locks up ISS45 Scenario: 1. Create a Vendor Coupon plu, screen 1-4-1, check Vendor Coupon 2. Insert a key in your keyboard configuration, screen 6-9-2 (I used the F1 key) 3. Select ALT+P, select PLU, enter the plu number created in step #1 above, select EXIT Expected Results: Create key on keyboard that is linked to a PLU Actual Results: Screen locks up and you have to use Task Manager to exit ISS45 |
| WD 5020 |
Linking key on keyboard to PLU locks up system Scenario: 1. System was an upgrade from 7083_58 to 709_60 so some keys on the keyboard were already linked to PLUs and worked correctly. Have not tested on a clean 709 install 2. Go to screen 6-9-2 and select a keyboard 3. Select Insert and add a new key to the keyboard 4. Select ALT+P (preset) and then select PLU from the drop down menu 5. Enter a known plu number and depress TAB 6. The server will be locked up and a reboot is required to get out of this condition. 7. Workaround - instead of keying in plu number in step #5 above hit the F8 key which brings up the plu list. You can then key in the plu number and depress ENTER and the function will be added to the keyboard without locking up the system. |

:When
using the Tax Reverse within a transaction, then saving will alter the
amount due and be incorrect.
Scenario:
1.
Create 2 Departments, one taxable, one non taxable. 2. Create 10% transaction discount. Sales tax is 6% in this example. 3. Ring in 259.80 in Taxable Department and 80.00 in taxable department. 4. Use Tax Reverse Function and ring in 19.99 in Non Tax department and Tax Reverse again and enter 42.99 in Non Tax Department. These two entrees have added tax because you used the Tax Reverse function. 5. Press Total and apply 10% discount. Amount due is 384.25. 6. Save the transaction and amount due changed to 384.63 If you do the exact same scenario and ring all 4 amounts into the Taxable Department without using Tax Reverse, the transaction is saved for the correct amount. Expected Results: Balance due should remain the same rather you use Tax Reverse or not when saving and recalling transactions. |
| WD 5045 | Ingenico payments enhancement to swipe Bashas member cards at pinpad and sent the info to ISS45 POST - works as designed - except - the pinpad is reading the member card check digit that Bashas does not use. So when other programs used to access the Tlog - the member cards are not recognized as they create a different number with the check digit included |
| WD 5046 |
This is a problem in NT operating System only- works in Win2000. When Safe Locking is done on a Standalone MFS1 the system tries delete the old log files on MFS2. It will eventually time out but is annoying with only 1 MFS to work on. The operating system is Win2000 Professional. CATEGORY: Cash Accounting |
| WD 5149 | Recalling Q-buster order on POST give a yellow popup saying Qbuster not authorized please check HASP settings! HASP plug set for maximum RPO's 99. |
| WD 5159 | Second Techstart POPUP screen not showing on dual display screen. |
| WD 5184 |
Went into PLU maintenance and changed Vender ID and Package size on various items. Using Pocket Office version 1.8.0.57 quick shelf audit now indicates the items do not exist. Scenario: 1. Change PLU items PLU Label Details. ex: VND ID, Package size. 2. Now use Pocket Office quick shelf audit to look at the items. 3. Error - item does not exist. Expected Results: Display item and price detail on Pocket Office quick shelf audit |
| WD 5230 |
USCAN - If self checkout sends a single digit plu to WinPos, the
peripherals module does not handle it correctly. It accesses memory it
shouldn't during a memcpy(). The problem is in the peripherals dll which not allow plus of less than 2 or 3 digits. |
|
WD 5231 |
USCAN - Can not Tender in Assist Mode. Scenario: 1. Scan Item. 2. Click the bar on the USCAN Cashier station to go to the winpos screen. 3. try to tender the transaction. Expected Results: You should be able to Tender |
|
WD 5240 |
USCAN - There are times when the tender key is pressed in direct mode where the tender type selected is not defined. This seems to happen whenever a transaction is begun in direct mode, then sent to the robot, then sent back to the attendant in direct mode. If the total key is pressed at the robot, then resent back to the attendant station, the tendering seems to work properly. This can cause a lot of confusion for the attendant and consumer and must be fixed. Scenario: 1) Restart WinPOS. 2) Buy an item via USCAN. 3) Go to assist mode. 4) Exit assist mode without doing anything there. 5) Enter assist mode again. 6) Press ENTER on the WinPOS screen (a numpad must be displayed for that). |
