TP2K with 92R keyboard. If you have key programmed on the keyboard that requires a key position, when the red box appears on the POS screen to warn cashier of keylock position, the box will not clear from the screen if you want to CANCEL this operation. If you want to Cancel and not go through, it will remain in the background while you scan more items and/or tender out the sale.  Have only seen this when using the 92R keyboard.

Scenario:

1. Must have 92R keyboard attached and programmed. Program a Discount key with a keylock of 3

2. Make sure you have a Discount setup in the Back Office

3. Ring in an item and press the Discount key.

4. Red box appears telling you keylock required.

5. If you don't want to do this and press Clear or NO/Exit, the box will remain on the screen, however the bottom part of the box somewhat disappears. Ring in another item, you can see red box in background.

Expected Results: Red box should clear off the screen completely if you cancel the operation.

Actual Results: Red box remains in the background

WD 7671 In Reorganize Receipt options. Ring an item and item cancel, finalize sale. Receipt prints MULTIPLE item cancel lines. If you ring up several items, item void one and item cancel another, the receipt prints Multiples of BOTH.
WD 7810 1.00 into a Department. Press Total, enter 100.00 and press Credit Key. On W2K, posw32.exe error is displayed and application is dumped to the desktop. On XPE, the Windows Exception Box to Send Don't Send to Microsoft is displayed and terminal must be rebooted. If you press the Credit Key before you enter the dollar amount, there is no problem. Need to display Wrong Function system error, not dump out of application.

If Daylight Savings Time is set to auto change in the MS Operating System then Rcopy command within ISS45 (that is used to copy files at EOD changes the time also.) The end result is that the time stamp for the files are off by one hour giving the impression the files are different. As a result the EOD takes hours to complete until it gets corrected.

When the first fault happens (WD 7829), a partially formed red box appears to be stating Invalid Keylock. Pressing Clear will not always clear the box from the screen appearing to be locked up. A few clears and escapes will eventually take the box away. This part of this fault has the same symptom as fault # 5548

Scenario: WD 5548 - TP2K with 92R keyboard. If you have key programmed on keyboard that requires a key position, when the red box appears on the pos screen to warn cashier of keylock position, the box will not clear from the screen IF you want to Cancel this operation.
