New Feature

New display and receipt message needed when Online WIC EBT Transaction has no Benefits applied.  Currently, when ever a Online WIC EBT transaction has no benefits applied the message "No WIC Eligible Items"

There are many reasons why benefits may not have been applied. This current message only fits one reason and that is when there are no eligible WIC items in the transaction. All other reasons such as Card has future benefits, expired, disabled, or no matching cat & Sub cat benefits should generate a new display message; "No WIC Benefits Available"

Also, it has been requested by FNS that we generate the same pre-auth receipt for both messages above which include this message in lieu of the prescription and benefits to apply text.

Must work with both Balance Inquiries and Pre-Authorizations.

Wiccomm.bat does not work with Solidcore.

This batch file is setting the path environment variable and consequently removing the Solidcore path information. If you open a command prompt on a Solidcore system and set the path to not include the Solidcore stuff, then attrib.exe and numerous other programs will blow up. There is no way that a system installed with Solidcore could have worked properly with wiccomm.bat.

The solution is to remove the 2 lines in wiccomm.bat that begin with "PATH=". These lines should not be needed since they were specifically added back in 2006 to include "C:\Program Files\CRS\Utilities" in the path and this folder should not even exist on the MFS.

Expected Results: PIN Pad should clear "Approved Thank you"

Expected Results: CVB items should sell with card having enough benefits.

Actual Results: CVB items cause "No Matching WIC Benefits"

Insufficient funds on eWIC card in error - QTY Key and insufficient QTY remaining on card. System issues an insufficient funds message for an eWIC card in error

Scenario:
1. Customer purchases 3 of an item that are eWIC eligible
2. The customers card only has 2 of this item in its available prescription
3. The system issues a insufficient funds error when it should send a completion request for the "Maximum number" in the prescriptions and ask the customer to pay with some other form of tender

Expected Results: With not enough quantity for an item in the prescription list for an eWIC card if the customer purchases over that quantity the system should as for some other form of tender.

Actual Results: With not enough quantity for an item in the prescription list the system issues an insufficient funds message.

Expected Results: No Matching Benefits message, POS should not attempt to send item to host as not enough benefits on card to redeem.

Actual Results: POS sends 0.25 of 51 001 and 0.75 of 51 000 up to host and gets declined with insufficient funds.

Smart Card WIC: WIC_EBT.EXE causes an error opening the application preventing Claim files and report to be viewed.  Runtime error '35601' Element not found when viewing claim files. This application is used to view Smart Card Claim files and Settlements.

SWEXTRCT.EXE pauses for a while depending on the history in the WIC folder.  Swextrct.exe, during EOD right after it just finishes extracting data for claim, pauses for a while, time of "pauses" seems to be related to how much history is in the WIC folder, when there is several weeks worth of files the end of day can be extended by hours.
