Express #981 -
Set an item to be on Promotion/Offer in the transaction, ring in an offer
and then apply a discount. Ring another offer, system will HARD lock.
Rebooting does not release the lockup, have to cold start and force off
cashier from back office. |

platforms were swapped in delivery for custom hooks generation. |

Fault
Express #163 - I
have all EOD Job Stream reports selected to Generate and Print. I run an
End Of DAY. Some reports are printing duplicate reports. (Expanded
Department Report, Paid-out Report, ROA Report, POS Sales Report, Operator
Performance Report, and Audit Report-PLU Changes). If I run an End Of
WEEK, the Paid-out Report, ROA Report, and Operator Performance Report
print out a Daily and a Weekly report but do not duplicate. |

Fault
Express #227 - Set
up an item to be on an Immediate Promotion (1,9,1), and ring an order
using your Member Card. Ring the item that you set up to be on promotion,
but DO NOT put any other items in the order. Notice that at the top of the
receipt it shows "A@#%DF^&A ITEMS". Buffer Printing has to
be turned on. When you have other items in the order this does NOT occur. |

7.6.2_16 |
Fault
Express#294 - When
viewing reports on screen and choosing the F10 option at the bottom of the
screen, reports have delayed printing. If you press escape while the
report is printing, returning the screen to the menu options, the report
prints with no delays. It seems that any report that is viewed on screen
with the F10 option, at the bottom is creating this problem. Other
reports, that give the F1, F2, F3 and F4 options print without delay. |

7.6.2._16 |
Fault
Express#315 - Perform
cashier locking. The report prints out, withholding the last page. The
only way to get the last page out of the printer is to print another type
of report or press the Form Feed button on the printer. This is with a HP
LaserJet III, with a Dot Matrix printer there seems to be no problem. This
was duplicated here in the Dallas Lab |

7.6.2_16 |
Fault
Express#576 - Ring
a regular discountable item at $1.00 and an item on Promotion for $1.00.
Give a 10% discount. The receipt shows the correct discount amount ($0.10)
but does not subtract it from the balance due, leaving a total of $2.00. I
duplicated this in the lab and also rang up a regular item with a item
with the "discount prohibited" flag on and it worked correctly
so the problem is isolated to orders containing items on promotion. |

Fault
Express#626 - Parameter
Settings: enhanced freq shopper, use frequent shopper card as member card,
and member card in system, Buffer printing = On. Created immediate
enhanced promotion with Member Card required. Rang the item with the
attached discount, swiped the card, tendered the order. The printer cut
the Logo of the receipt. It only happens if the card is swiped in the
middle of the order or after hitting <subtotal> key. |

7.6.2_16 |
Fault
Express#675 - When
the option to prohibit discount on items on Reduction is flagged on, the
Discount Prohibit Flag is place on the item. After the Reduction has
expired, the Discount Prohibit Flag remains on the item. I have tested
this with Regular Promotions and Offers, and they work correctly -
deleting the Discount Prohibit Flag from the item file when the promo or
offer is over. The Reduction is the only one with this problem. |

Fault
Express#962 (Item
price = $1.00 Tax =10%, Total Tax = $0.10 Total is $1.10 Discount = 10%
discount amount = $0.10 Sub Tot = $0.90 Total tax = $0.10 Total = $1.00
(the total should be $0.99 because the Tax should be calculated on $0.90
and = $0.09) If the same transaction is done as an Item Discount then the
Tax is calculated properly. |

7.6.2_18 |
Fault
Express#1039 - Frequent
shopper and member active at the same time you have to swipe the card
twice to redeem both promos for Frequent Shopper and member. In
earlier versions, only scanning the card one time was required - you would
either get Frequent Shopper or Member Card depending on your settings.
With patch 16, you have to scan the card TWICE to get freq shopper
AND Member savings. In past versions, IF the FS option to use the FS card
as a member card was checked, scanning the card with or without the FS
box, would put you into a Member Card transaction. You get member promo
savings and FS savings (depending on the swipe timing) We had trouble
getting our FS savings and that brought on bug 180. Now with patch
16, when my FS box is on the screen and I scan the card - it puts me into
a FS transaction (message on bottom left) I get any FS savings but NO
member promo savings. Keep in mind my parameter to use FS card as
member card IS checked. If I scan the card a second time, it puts me into
a member card transaction (message on bottom right) thus giving me all
savings of FS and Member. We have never been able to scan the card a
second time, we would get the message that the club card had already been
accepted. I find this and I believe the customer will find this
unacceptable to have to resort to scanning the card twice now. Old South
brought this to my attention and I tried it here and that is the way it is
working. I also tried this on 762_14 and I only scan the card
one time. If the
FS parameter is set to also be a Member Card, then it shouldn't matter
when I scan that card, with or without the FS prompt - it should put me
into a Member Card Transaction. AND if the new parameter is checked to
receive FS savings with the Member card then all is good. I think overall,
there is a problem with the new patch 16 and the FS. The new feature seems
to work. But #1 we have to add another digit to the FS number and #2
we are required to scan the card twice. |

Fault
Express#1045 Ring
up a regular sale and tender out normally. Date at the bottom is current.
Press Print Last Transactions key (function 923) receipt prints out
showing previous sale exactly EXCEPT the date at the bottom shows 2002
instead of 2001. It is the same for function 928 Post Void transaction. |

7.6.2-18 |
Fault
Express#1083 The
culprit is the #15 Frequent Shopper receipt template same as member
promotion, in F/S Parameters. If this is checked, items with a frequent
shopper discount amount will ring up with the regular price on the screen
and the saving underneath. If a subtotal discount is given, it is
calculated from the price shown on the screen (regular price) If this is
not checked, items will ring up with the discounted price on the screen
and will be discounted from the FS price. |

Fault
Express#1104 Ring
in Non Food for .25. Ring in Food Stamp Grocery for .50. Tender with 1.00
paper Food stamp - system should calculate the change coming back and use
it towards the balance of the transaction. .50 would be the change, but
.25 goes towards the non-food item giving .25 back to the customer. V
7.6.2_14 does this correctly. But 7.7_51 need a cashier to finish out
sale. This also causes the Food Stamp total on the Media Report to be
incorrect. |
