This patch table below include Front Office and POST changes for ISS45 - please note there is a Concord Back Office associated with fault 1943. Note: when installing this patch make sure all services including Pocket Office are turned off.

| Fault 1943 |
Concord Payments - . If Gift Card has 20.00
and sale is over that, card will be denied. Systems must allow the ability
to partially tender order using the Gift Card balance and then completing
transaction with other tender.
This fix requires install of Concord Back office, ISS45 patch and the pin pad software needs upgrading - version 2.3 for the PosPad and Protege and version 3.0 for the Everest Plus. |
| Fault 2013 |
An ERROR 94 occurs when trying to
edit an item in a batch that comes in from SIL. This tends to be on
batches created with a batch type of 6 - update/insert. Issue 2: ERROR 94 in event viewer when applying batch. This indicates an invalid use of NULL. |
| Fault 2037 | xiNETix/S&H errors with POSW32 / WPAPT - Scan a manufacturer coupon as the first item in the order. Void the transaction from the BackOffice menu. POSw32 will pop up with WPAPT as the dll error. |
