Enhancement or Fault Number

Item Description
WD 5256   WinPOS32 error causes the POS to get stuck. There are cases where the POS creates an error message (attached). Since this error is a windows error, if the cashier touches the screen so that WinPOS is on top, the error is hidden in the background and WinPOS is stuck, waiting for the message to get cleared.

Need to change the message to be a PPM screen that is part of WinPOS, so it will only be cleared when the cashier hits C to continue.

General Batches for loyalty customers don't run on 8.0.8.1. The same batches run OK in 8.0.8.0.

 

Note: in 8.0.8.1-050 we introduced a new field to the customer record (LOYAL_CUST) table: secondary ID. This field is not part of the key and may or may not be the cause for the problem.
