Item  Description

The new USB interfaced PSC 8500 Scanner/Scale.  Under and over capacity is showing 0.00 which is not the correct display for these conditions.

Scenario:

1.  Zero the scale.  Take off the platter to go under capacity.  The scale still shows 0.00

2.  Put more weight on the scale than 30lbs and the scale will display 0.00. 

Expected Results: Should show normal over / under capacity display. 

Actual Results:  Showing 0.00 when over or under capacity

Parameter: STORE\Programmable Barcodes\Omit QTY for non weighted UPC2 items. If this option is set to Yes, the system will not assume a quantity for these items and they will ring as expected. Otherwise the quantity is calculated if the sell amount is evenly divisible by the item price. If the prices are not evenly divisible, the quantity is assumed to be one. This is why the 2.59 item rings as expected in the provided example

UPC2 item handled as a quantity item when price embedded is evenly divisible by item price 

Scenario: 

1. On any UPC2 item (in this example, TURKEY), set the price to 2.00. 

2. Start a transaction and for the 2.00 UPC2 item use a price embedded of 4.00, 6.00, and 2.59 when you are attempting to recreate the problem. 

Scenario 1:

1) Ring up 4.00 price embedded

Will display as Turkey

2 @ 2.00 = 4.00

ITEM COUNT= 2 

Scenario 2:

1) Ring up 2.59 price embedded

This will display correctly without the QTY information

ITEM COUNT=1 

Scenario 3:

1) Ring up 6.00 price embedded

Will display as 3 @ 2.00 = 6.00

ITEM COUNT= 3 

Expected Results: UPC2 items should not be calculated as qty items.  

Actual Results: UPC2 items which have a price embedded that is evenly divisible by the PLU Price is handled as a quantity.  This will throw off the ITEM COUNT, and cause PROMOTIONS to be awarded when thresholds have not been 

LFS gets software key error when starting input to Enhanced Promotions

Scenario:

1. Check software key on MFS1 and ensure that ISS45 Advanced Promotions (key position) is checked

2. On the LFS go to Promotion Management| Member Promotions| Enhanced Promotions

3. A message will appear saying that your system is not properly licensed for ISS45 Advanced Promotions and that this option will become unavailable in 60 days

Expected Results: If ISS45 Advanced Promotions is set on the software key the LFS will not display any error 

Actual Results: The LFS displays an error when starting Enhanced Promotions even though the option is checked on the software key

Scanning a vendor coupon can lock up the lane if certain parameters are set to Yes 

Scenario:

1.General System Parameters\Store\Post\Monetary\Food Stamps\Forgive tax on vendor coupons if food stamps tendered = YES

2.General System Parameters\Store\Post\Monetary\Food Stamps\Forgive tax on F/S partial tenders by highest tax rate = YES

3.Set up Item 666777 with tax rate 1 and food stamp eligible

4. Set up Item 1313000236 with no Tax and food stamp eligible. (this item needs a vendor coupon on it a 51313020035)

5.Sell 666777

6. Sell 1313000236

7.Sell 51313020035

8.Sell 1313000236 (pos loops at this point) 

Expected Results: Register will not lock up 

 Actual Results: Register locks up

The OPOS key-lock is not working on the D22_D25 TeamKey on the TP3000XE. 

 The TeamKey with key-lock and MSR connect to the USB port.  ISS45 is trying to open a keyboard on COM7 but the TP3000XE only contains 1 com port (COM1) 

Scenario:

1.  Set up a TP3000XE with the D22_D25 Teamkey keyboard.  Use OPOS for the key-lock and the MSR.  The MSR works properly but the key-lock is not working. 

Expected Results: The OPOS key-lock should work with ISS45 on the TP3000Xe. 

Actual Results:  The software is trying to open a COM7 port but the TeamKey is connected to the USB connection.  ISS45 should by calling the OPOS object direct.

On items that are non-weighted and sold as multiples - the receipt should be changed  

From:  6 @ $1.00      $6.00 

To:    6 @ $1.00 ea.   $6.00 

The only change made is to add a unit of measure of ea. for non-weighted items that customers purchase as multiples 

If buy more than one Qty of non-weighted item in an order the ea. has to be displayed.

On Plu sales by location report, QUANTITY SOLD fields does not show data. 

Scenario:

1. Set parameter: Store/front office/report/Plu sales by location report in system set to = Yes

2. Run sales

3. Run  plu sales by location report

4. Select checkout bank

5. Select all front end

6. Go to selection criteria tab

7. Highlight the report and click on select

8. Click on preview 

Expected Results: Quantity sold fields shows data. 

Actual Results: Quantity sold field empty.

Fuel - buffer printing error causes a prepay to be voided after approved at the pump 

Scenario:

1. Make sure you have tax assigned to the fuel item

2. Do prepay on PFS and pump the partial amount.

3. on the POS recall the transaction and finalize the sale.

4. Repeat steps  2 and 3,  10 more times so you get to 11 prepays.

6. on the 11th one you will get the error where its voiding the transaction 

Expected Results: can do the prepay without a problem 

Actual Results: trying to do the prepay causes the ticket to be voided and the pump to be authorized

Fuel - PFS lane is processing PAP tickets while in a middle of ticket at the lane. 

Scenario:

1. Create a regular ticket

2. Tender out a ticket at the same time you closed a PAP ticket

3. (timing is important) 

Expected Results:

In the transaction file we should see the ticket done at the POS first and then the ticket from the pump. 

Actual Results:

We see transactions from the POS, and in the middle we see transaction from the PAP ticket.

Fuel - Cannot recall prepay offline, the POS is getting stuck in a loop. 

Scenario:

1. set the POS to be offline to the MFS

2. perform a prepay

3. pump partial amount of the prepay

4. try to recall the prepay at the POS

Expected Results: prepay recalled and ticket closed successfully 

Actual Results: transaction is pulled on the screen but transaction cannot be completed
