Actual Results: Cashier performance report shows 3 scanned items, 3 keyed items. |

U-Scan - testing V8.1.1.1-050 and U-Scan 27 on my scan and bag unit and I am not getting a prompt to put the item in the bag if it is keyed after scanning a member card. It looks like the problem is only for keyed (weight) items like bananas (4011). If you try to put the item in the bag you will have to remove it because the U-Scan security thinks it is ok. Scenario: 1.- Open the customer lane- Press the press here to start button on the customer station- SCAN A FREQUENT SHOPPER CARD- Press the produce/bulk/bakery ICON on the customer station- Key 4011 (weighed bananas) done on the customer station- Place the item on the scanner when prompted- The item rings up and you are NOT prompted to put it in the bag but to remove it from the scanner and wait for an attendant- Once you remove it from the scanner, security is ok but if you put it in the bag you have to remove it. Note: Other scanned items did ask you to put it in the bag. Expected Results: You should be getting a prompt to put the item in the bag. Actual Results: Not getting the prompt to put the item in the bag if it is a keyed (weighed) plu like bananas (4011) after you have entered a frequent shopper card. |

On a standard lane, if you attempt to suspend a partially tendered EBT order, you receive the message "Cannot suspend transaction". On a U-Scan lane, this error does not appear, and the lane suspends the order. When this order is recalled on a standard lane, it will crash WinPoS. Larry Lack confirmed that in V7, on a U-Scan lane, you will receive the "Cannot suspend transaction, please subtract EFT tenders first" Scenario: 1. Ring an order on U-Scan, some F/S and some non-F/S items 2. Tender the F/S portion of the order 3. Suspend the order 4. Attempt to recall the order on another lane Expected Results: Either the U-Scan should prevent the suspending of the order as the other lanes do, or WinPoS needs to be able to recall the order. Actual Results: The U-Scan lane is able to suspend the order, however, when it is recalled, WinPoS crashes. |
