This table below describes the current plan for the new features and faults to be addressed in this scheduled software release.

Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

When cost plus is in use, cash change is given to the customer when they pay with EBT.

Scenario:

1.  Turn on cost-plus in general system parameters

2.  Set "up to 99.99" to "10.00%" in cost-plus programming

3.  Set up 3 items:

   - Cost Plus, Non-Taxable, Food stampable, $1.00

   - Cost Plus, Taxable, Food stampable, $1.00

   - Non Cost Plus, Taxable, Food stampable, $1.00  

4.  Ring all 3 items, tender order with EBT / Food Stamps 

Expected Results:

Customer should not be given cash change  

Actual Results:

Customer is given cash change of .10.

Tender marked for auto declare will not clear from the safe.

Scenario:

Create tenders

Cash

Check

Food Stamps (paper)

Set check and food stamp to Auto Declare on Cashier/POS Declaration.

Sign in cashier, ring 3 sales and tender each with different tender.

Sign off cashier, declare cash (other tenders will auto declare)

Lock the cashier.

Take Store/Safe Report and you will see the amounts in the In Safe Column

Declare Cash for the safe (other tenders will auto declare)

Lock the Safe

Take Store/Safe Report and you will see declaration column has moved to in safe column. Correct

Go to Safe Declaration to declare beginning cash for the day.

All totals from check and food stamp are back. Totals show in the Amount column.

Go ahead and declare Cash Only, take another Store/Safe Report and the totals from Check and Food Stamp are in the declaration column again.

Tenders marked for Auto Declare will not clear from the Safe.
