Scenario: 1. Create a new cashier so tracking totals will be easier 2. Ring in 20 dollars into an grocery department 3. Tender 2 dollars cash 4. Press General Void Key (FCODE 936) and void the cash tender 5. Finalize transaction with 20 dollars cash 6. Run a Cashier Report for that cashier number
Expected Results: Cashier will be accountable for 20 dollars cash
Actual Results: Cashier is only accountable for 18 dollars cash |
