Scenario:

U-SCAN/M-Dot: Can not scan customers card # for M-Dot in direct mode. This feature can only be used in direct mode at this time since there is no way to put a user defined button for a customer on a U-SCAN. The attendant must go into direct mode a use a predefined M-Dot button. The problem is that that M-Dot customer card can not be scanned. It can only be key entered.

Scenario:

1. Enter Direct Mode

2. Press Predefined M-Dot key

3. Scan Customer card.

Expected Results: Attendant should be able to scan or key enter customers M-Dot #.

Actual Results: Attendant can only key enter the customers M-Dot #.
