Scrolling display on ICE 6000 does not
clear/refresh between tickets. Last transaction will remain on pin pad
until a new transaction comes to replace it or the POS is signed off. Scenario: 1. Need ICE 6000 (4100 might also have same problem but don't have one to try) 2. Change configuration to be using scrolling display screen files in WinEPS 3. Turn on the scrolling display feature (In POST configuration EFT tab, check Pin Pad Display) Expected Results: scrolling display returns to display of WinEPS logo. Actual Results: Pin pad display shows last transaction. |
