The POS/Register Software delivered in 2.01.02-060 and 2.01.02 The Patch releases is only intended for the Fujitsu Hardware.  Any stores running with NCR terminals (POS), should not upgrade their register/POS software using either the 2.01.02-060 or 2.01.02 The patch releases.

Future Patch Releases will include the executables for the Fujitsu and NCR Terminals.

Sites using NCR terminals (POS) can upgrade the backoffice piece of 2.01.02 The Patch.

The most current release version of wg2.exe for the Fujitsu terminals is 2.01.02.10.  Which is included in both 2.01.02-060 and 2.01.02 The Patch.

The most current release version of wg2.exe for the NCR terminals is 2.01.02.07.  Which is included on the 2.01.02-050 release CD.

Visa Compliance  - the following was completed in this release:

• All credit card types are masked on the receipt, customer�s signature slip, in the T-Log, authorization log, settlement log and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing
• Debit card types are masked on the receipt, customer�s signature slip, in the T-Log, authorization log, settlement log and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing.
• EBT Cash card types are masked on the receipt, customer�s signature slip, in the T-Log, authorization log, settlement log, and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing.
• EBT Food Stamps (EFS) card types are masked on the receipt, customer�s signature slip, in the T-Log, authorization log, settlement log, and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing.
• ACH card types are masked on customer signature slip, in the authorization log, settlement log, and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing.
• Tender Reversals mask the Account # and Date on the receipt, in the authorization log, settlement log, and in the online authorization file upon completion of processing.  The information needed to process Tender reversals does not require the re-swipe of the card.

The Problem :When using Full Touch POS the Cashier Messaging Box may be overlaying the enter key needed to satisfy the messaging option

Scenario:

1. Send an immediate message to the POS

2. The message box pops up and the screen says "<<<<< Message Received >>>>>" "Press Enter to Continue.  The Enter key may be partially or totally covered by the message depending on where the enter key was placed.

3. If the key is only partially covered the user can touch the enter key and continue.  If the enter key is totally covered by the message, the system is essentially locked  up and must be manually restarted.
