Fault 1390	Voiding a doubled coupon does not work correctly. SCAN the vendor coupon and get a double bonus, the Void Last DOES remove both. But in the Department Report, the bonus amount is in the Coupon field. Should be zero since you voided off transaction. Manually entered coupons that are voided, leave Bonus on transaction.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1608	Vendor coupon does not void bonus portion. Ring $ 1.00 grocery Scan Vendor coupon give $0.05 vendor and $0.05 bonus. If the cashier voids the coupon it voids the vendor coupon but not bonus portion.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1619	Multi Tender with Food Stamp will not forgive all Tax. Using multiple tax rates, items are set for Food Stampable. Ring in several items that are flagged for more than one tax and food stampable, press Total. Tender all with Food Stamp. Works fine. Do the same thing and Tender only some with Food Stamps. Press Total again and tender the rest with Food Stamps again. Tax is not forgiven. Must cash out the amount that is left over.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1685	Numeric keys stop working on full touch screen. While ringing orders the numeric keys on the full touch screen stops working. System is full touch, no 32 key keypad, no managers keylock.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1720	Cashier performance issue with Secure Mode not being used correctly. Cashiers are logging on to system, hitting the break key (Secure Mode) then the system asks Y or N - whether to enter Secure Mode. Cashier leaves the system in the state of NOT answering the question. As a result, the time from this request is put into registration time - skewing the productivity of cashier on the performance report. Request a parameter - if set and cashier hits Secure mode - the system will NOT ask the question but put terminal into Secure Mode automatically. Once this is done the registration time will not be incorrect. NOTE: New Parameter 6,1,2,2 #3 Omit Confirmation manual Secure Mode.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1733	Corema - WIC - need to be able to swipe card at pop-up and then hit WIC key. WIC. At the start of a transaction, the "Scan Frequent Shopper Card" prompt is on the screen. If the associate tries to press the WIC key at this point, the system ignores the input as the Frequent Shopper prompt is on the screen. The associate swipes the member's card, and then presses the WIC key. A yellow box pops up saying "Wrong operation executed, press (C) to continue."	08-Aug-03
Fault 1734	Corema - second ID does not get frequent shopper discounts from system. When the member card is scanned at the frequent shopper prompt, member receives Corema offers and frequent shopper offers. If the member is identified using the the secondary ID key, they only receive member promotions - they do not receive frequent shopper discount.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1735	Corema - previous member promos applied to new customer. On some transactions, the member is not properly identified, the name of the previous shopper appears on both the screen and the receipt, and they are given all discounts and promotions that are available, regardless of whether they are in the correct segment to receive these promotions.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1736	Department member promotion does not work with Item Return correctly. Set up a grocery department promotion (order Group) one level - that if you buy $50 worth of groceries in the order you get $5 off. This works fine, however, if customer comes into store to just do an "Item return" with no purchase - the order promotion applies to the return order. For example: If I do a return of $2.00 the system applies a positive of $5.00 and tries to charge the customer $3.00	08-Aug-03
Fault 1753	Catalina - OPcode FC48 is Catalina record. ISS45 is now inserting '5742049' at the beginning of every order. This triggers Catalina failure for tying PLU items to coupons. Regular Catalina works correctly but not the field add on application.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1756	PSI - (Rx ID 237 PSI ID 6736) WinPos crashes at the end of day and you try to open the lane in the morning.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1757	PSI (I.D. 6716 Retalix I.D. 98) - ISS45 sends duplicate messages causing the PSI terminal to error with "duplicate transaction complete received in the transaction"	08-Aug-03
Fault 1758	PSI - (I.D. 6706 Retalix I.D. 97) erroneous 'not on file' messages are being generated at the terminal	08-Aug-03
Fault 1760	PSI (I.D. 4950 Retalix I.D. 632) - cannot void multiple items in an order.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1761	PSI (I.D. 6568 Retalix I.D. 630) when processing orders packages sent to the WinPos are being corrupted.	08-Aug-03
Fault 1767	RBO - reduction maintenance screen in ISS45 says Item not found' When trying to launch a promotion from within ISS45 it does work on the reduction screen.	08-Aug-03
