|
Go to PLU Maintenance and use the Insert function. Enter *123456 and press enter. An 'A' is inserted into the PLU file causing corruption. The *0 is used before a 6 digit number to expand a compressed number. If the zero is forgotten, the result is alpha characters in the PLU file. Note: fixed but do use must not use the asterisk. |

Trading Stamp Template Does Not Print on WinPoS, no matter what printer you use. Have WinPoS/Epson and DOS Axiohm - the DOS box prints the Trading Stamp template that I have defined in the Trading Stamp Parameters. I switched the printers, WinPoS/Axiohm and DOS/Epson, again the DOS box prints fine, nothing out of the WinPoS. So this is not a printer issue but WinPoS application issue. |

Order/Group promotion - set up Order/Group with department in one group, items in another group. Ring a return to department used in order/group promotion. The "you could have saved" amount will print with a 'silly' number. |

If you set
screen 6.1.4.1 - to none for printing a LOGO. Then if a clerk 'saves' an
order and then continues to another order and processes a check - the
printing on the front of the check will consistently print almost off the
top of the check. |

Fault 1419 |
Set up the charge tender to Scan Barcode in as account without check digit. You can press the Charge key at the beginning, scan the account card and the customer's name is displayed. If you ring in the sale first, then press Charge and scan the card, nothing happens. Once you press Clear, the number that you scanned is buffered into the system and either rings up an item, reads Not on File or accepts it as a Member Card. DOS 7.7.1.56 works fine. |

If you attempt to activate more than 25 gift cards in one order the post gets a Dr. Watson error on the 26th card. |

Setup order promotions (1,9,4), buy 1 get 1 free, Group type = Units, Reward = Cash Value, Min. purchase = $30.00, cc for min. purchase, check member card req. & avail. all cards, both thresholds (qty=2, value=2.00, reward=2.00), set attached=20058900000 (system 2 UPC). Scan member card, scan items, scan reward item, scan items till purchase over $30.00, scan reward item again, tender order, no reward given. Also happens with V7.0.8.3_50. |

| Fault 1886 | Corema - new expanded segments for Corema - if set (update Loyalty Server) and use Offer Progress Template. The order will crash the POST with a POSwr32 error. |

Fault 1888 |
Corema
does not work when a promotion is assigned a mark down department. When discount to be applied as part of an Order/Group or Order/Level discount, it ignores any other member discounts which have also affected the item's price. This leads to an excessive discount being awarded to the customer. |
