Fault 1901

WIC � the issue date � if in the future of current date is being accepted by the system and does not create a  control check. WIC � should only be accepted if issue date current and expiration date not met.

Fault 1963

Void of doubled or tripled  coupon does not always void the correct amount. For example:
Ring $ 1.00 grocery
Scan Vendor coupon,   give $0.40 vendor with automatic double which is  $0.40 bonus
If the cashier voids the coupon it voids the vendor coupon and HALF of the bonus portion.
Note: This works sometimes - in order to see the problem - one has to have a value of a coupon doubled that will be 3 times the value of the coupon in relation to the total of the order BEFORE the coupon is entered.

Fault 2032

MicroTrax - 1) customers slide card and pin-pad says 'please wait'' 2) ring order 3) customer decides not to make purchases 4) clerk voids transaction at POST 5)the pinpad is not released - stills say Please Wait. 6) next customer in line uses pinpad but 'his order' is charged against the previous card NOT his.
