TeamPos (S) - Connect the cash drawer to the back of the TPG printer. When the cash drawer is open, ISS45 sees it as closed and just the opposite when closed. The cash drawer works properly on the Epson 6000II printer. Add a parameter in the Winpos.ini file for allowing you to reverse this called (DrawerNegativeCheck) Scenario: 1. Attach a cash drawer cable to the Axiohm printer 2. Signon to the WinPOS 3. When the cash drawer open shut it right away 4. You get a message to shut the cash drawer and you have to open it for ISS45 to think its closed. |

Operator Performance Report Items/Min is reporting low. it was found that Sign/On time is getting inflated. Scenario: 1.Take a clean cashier, Sign/on do sales making sure that items are scanned. Then Sign/Off. 2. Take the report 1,1,3,9 Totals should be OK. 3. Sign/on the cashier and then Sign/off. 4.Take the report again and the Sign/On time will be incremented by 2 to 3 Min 5. Repeat step 3 and 4 several times and watch the Sign/On time keep incrementing UP. Expected Results: Sign/on Time should only go up by seconds. |
