Terminal lock-up on 3rd void. Set up a Control Check as a Warning Only with a privilege. Have 2 cashier numbers with the same privilege, but sign onto the POS with a cashier number that does not have the privilege. Set a control check on Voiding Items during registration. Ring in items, press Void, MGR override comes up, either scan manager card or enter numbers. Void a second time, enter same manager number or scan card, terminal locks up. The 3rd time a void is done the terminal locks-up. |
