Visa Compliancy

�           remove all display of card numbers from ISS45.

�          Ensure that the card type is displayed on the receipt i.e. Visa, MasterCard

The expiration dates of cards will be masked on the receipt and in the data files.

 Scenario: 1.Create a local batch HIXXXX.111 then rename it to HI0111.DAT (Host Batch) 2.Execute HI0111.DAT 3.Run EOD 4.Check the "Audit Report PLU changes" and then look at AUDIT.SEQ to see if the item's are there.

3 tax rate Illinois - The taxable sale + non-taxable sales+ wic sales + foodstamp sales does not equal net sales.

This is  because when you ring up:  10.00 Ltx&FS +10.00 Htx&Ctx&Fs ..the foodstamp total comes to 20.00 but customer has only 10.00 left on the ebt foodstamp card ...the register doesn't charge tax back on the remaining 10.00.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES

Weighted Items on Promotion/Offer do not show calculated price on receipt or screen.

1. Create a PLU as a weighted item, price is 1 for .29

2. Create Promotion/Offer. Item is limited quantity, .10 off, zero at regular, 5 at discount price

3. Place weight on scale that is under 5 lbs, ring in item, No price is shown on screen or receipt.

4. Place weight on scale that is over 5 lbs, ring in item, no price for up to 5lbs, price does show for over 5 lbs.

Expected Results: Calculated price of item needs to be seen.

Actual Results: No price is shown.

When customers reach their credit limit and a control check is in place, they should not be allowed to charge without CC approval.  

Load Bud Barr AR or ACI program.

Set up In house type as Charge Posting in parameters (6,1,2,1,3 #11)

Set up Charge Tender as type In House Charge

In the tender record, F4 for control checks

Auth Code Length field, enter a 30

Go to Control Checks and make 30 - Over Limit as a Warning

In the customer record of the charge program, set credit limit to 5.00 with a Customer Status of zero.

At the POS, ring in 10.00 and press Total

Enter 10.00 and Press Charge Tender key

Enter customer number and YES to accept.

Control Check pops up with Over Limit. 

Do the same sale and press Total

Press Charge, then enter customer number, Yes to Accept

Enter 10.00 and the sale is accepted.

U-Scan and ISS45  - Barcodes do not print on coupons generated with the Coupon Printing Features

U-Scan and ISS45 - The customer logo in the receipt header will print correctly on all receipts generated at the U-Scan Customer Station until an order has been taken over in �direct mode� by the Attendant Station.  After that event, all future orders processed at that Customer Station will not print the receipt header logo.

Coupon printing does not working properly when you set up "Ticket Amount To Print Coupon"

Scenario:

1. Create Coupon printing with the following.

    Coupon in use = Checked

    Ticket amount to print coupon set to = $15.00

    Item/Department = Not Checked

    Item/Department Number = Not Checked

    Print Barcode = Checked

    Barcode Number = 123456789050

2. At POS Ring in $15.00 Grocery

3. Tender out the order..

Expected Results: Should trigger coupon 

Actual Results: Does not trigger coupon

U-Scan V7 - would like the ability to Pan Mask check numbers at the U-Scan. this function does not exist in ISS45 currently

As a workaround for U-Scan only a modification will be made to NOT print the checkaccount, bank routing number or check number on the receipt - it will be blank. NOTE: this also will mean that no entries for these items will exist in the Electronic Journal but reside only in the TLOG.
