WD 5610 Order level discount not applied to correct item within transaction.qdx

 Scenario:

1. Setup: PLU = .99 (PLU 376 in example) PLU = 1.48 (PLU 377 in example) Both are discountable. 1 item discount = 10% = non-additive 1 order discount = 10%

2. Run: Ring up plu 376 Give it a manual 10% discount Ring up plu 377 Hit total Give the order a 10% discount

 3. System correctly gives item 376 the 10% item discount ($.10) and correctly gives the order the 10% discount ($.15), based on item 377 price, which is also correct. However, when you look at the trandact.qdx file, the system generates 2 order level discount records. It generates one for the 376 item for $.09, and then another for the 377 item for $.06. In reality, it should have only generated one for 377 for $.15, since item 376 is not eligible for a order level discount.

 Expected Results: Data within transact.qdx should be applied to proper item

Actual Results: Order level discount is applied to the incorrect item within the transact.qdx file.

WD 6959 If you turn on Buffered print, Scan Member Card and ring up item that has a Frequent Shopper Discount Amount set in the PLU item record, the You Saved X.XX does not print under the item on the receipt. If you turn OFF Buffer print, it will print under the item.

WD 6966 Create PLU Item with price 2 for 8.99. Create Member Order Promotion with BOGO LOW or BOGO HIGH. Threshold is 2 with reward 1 and Second Threshold is 2 with reward 1. Attach Item to Promotion. Ring item 2 times at POS. Rings up 4.50 and 4.49. Press Total- BOGO takes off 8.99 with a Balance of ZERO. Should only take off 4.49 if bogo low OR 4.50 if using bogo high. Items that are not Split Quantity, work correctly with BOGO.

WD 6967

Create PLU with price as 1 for 7.99. Create Order/Level Promotion with Reward of Percent Off. 10% is the reward. Threshold is buy 4 and get 10% off the order.

Ring in 4 of the PLU and press Enter, works correctly. Change PLU price to 3 for 5.00 and ring item 4 times again. Discount percent is 9.4%. Where is the 10% that is defined in the promotion. No matter what split quantity and price you put in the PLU price field, this Order / Level Promotion only gives 9.4% off. Needs to be full 10%, customer is not saving the full 10%.

Note: there is a known fault with MSU drop down 33 34 33 - the above fix will not work with this MSU.

WD 7011

UPC3 item when voided gives error "void coupon first"

Scenario:

1. Add the following to UPC3 items to your item file (screen 1-4-1)

    38137009448 and 30193395201 (Note: UPC3 = drug/health item)

2. Begin an order by keying in one of these two items

3. Void the item

4. Get an error "Void item not allowed. Void coupon first"

5. This works correctly in v8.1.0.1_050  

Expected Results: Ability to void a UPC3 item works correctly

Frequent shopper not always receiving all continuation from Corema

Scenario:1. V7.1.0.0_090 with Corema Cache V15.5.32. Set parameters, 3 PLU's (#17, 18 and 104) and 3 Enhanced Promotions per attached screen shots3. Sign on as cashier and enter valid member id, ring up item 17, total order, should get Pharmacy    promotion continuation printout from Corema4. Do the same as #3 above for items 18 and 104 to insure that continuation messages are printed5. At start of order depress ENTER to remove Frequent Shopper window6. Ring any items other then 17,18 or 104; ring item 17; ring any items other then 17, 18 or 104;   ring item 1047. Depress Frequent Shopper key to enter frequent shopper id and then tender the order8. Only the continuation message for item 104 (milk) will print, the continuation message for    item 17 (aspirin) will not be printed

Expected Results: Continuation messages for all qualified items will print at the end of an order no matter when the Frequent Shopper id is entered

Actual Results: Continuation message for the lowest qualified item (promotion item number) will print but no other qualified item messages print when the Frequent Shopper id is entered at the end of the order. NOTE - no difference if items are key entered or scanned

WD 7329

Additional logging has been added to track Corema Type 1-4 messages between MFS1 and the post

Scenario:

1. At present, when working with Corema messages you can check the CCMS.LOG on MFS1 or

    the Cache.mmdd.txt file for message timings

2. This does not provide enough data for required trouble shooting of any messaging problems

3. Additional logging is needed to tell when the post sends/receives Corema Type 1-4 messages

Create item, regular price is 10.00. Create regular promotion, promotion price is 5.00.

Create Member Order/Level Promotion. Reward is 10% when you buy 12. Either attach the department that the item is in to the promotion or attach the item to the promotion. At this point you have one item on two promotions. Ring 12 of that item up. Item rings up 12 @ 5.00. This is correct. Press Total and 10% discount that is given is 12.00. This is incorrect. 10% discount is based of 10.00 regular price, not 5.00 discount price.

You can set up several types of promotions to run with this order/level and they all work the same. 

Expected Results: 10% Discount should be off of discount price, not regular price. 

Actual Results: Sale is discounted more money because it is using the regular price.

Reprint of Corema transaction causes next transaction to loose Corema savings (continuation) 

Scenario:

1. Ring order with at least one Corema eligible (continuation) item in it

2. Reprint this transaction

3. Ring order with at least one Corema eligible (continuation) item in it and the  promotion will not print

4. See attached transact.qdx and transact.p12 (POS12), transactions 369 and 370 

Expected Results: All Corema eligible transactions get proper promotions 

Actual Results: After reprint of transaction with Corema eligible items the next order will not get continuation messages

If only cash sales were done on a POST and then the whole amount was picked up cannot declare the lane (POS accountability)

Scenario:

1. Sign on POS 1

2. Ring sales for $100.00

3. Pay cash $100.00

4. Sign off

5. On the BO - Pick up $100.00 (cash)

6. try to declare lane 1

Expected Results: You are able to declare the POS

ISS45 not sending all offers to Corema when  member card is swiped at the end of order

Scenario:

1. Create three promotions, link one item to each promotion and link a segment for Corema/Loyalty

2. Do not enter member card number at start of order

3. Ring the three promotion items created in step 1

4. At end of order enter member card number then tender order

5. All three continuation messages will print

6. Repeat steps 2 through 4, all three continuation messages will print but only the item linked to the promotion with the lowest promotion number will have it's total purchased items updated 

Note: When you look at the Corema log on MFS1 (cachelog.mmdd.txt) you will note that only one

offer was sent with the Type 3 message from ISS45. The attached cachelog.1106.txt, transactions

56 and 57, post #4. 

Expected Results: All items on promotion have their totals updated

WD 7447

Customer  wants to give a discount, what they call member discount, to all of their employees. These employees use a Thank You Card, frequent shopper card, which is segment 2 on Corema. Any member's card which is on segment two is entitled to a discount. Liquor and tobacco departments are not eligible for discounts.

When the cashier depresses the total key, the total that is displayed, after all other promotions have been taken, regardless of how many promotions the customer has purchased, is entitled to a 5% member discount minus any liquor or tobacco or for that matter any other department that is not attached under the promotion which is used to set up the member discount. The member discount should be the last discount that is taken. If by setting this discount up as a high number would help, then we have no issue with this. The promotions should be a decremented total. Which means that after each total, the proper discount by discount number should be taken. If the member discount happens to be the higher number, then the member discount should be taken off of the very last total.

The Liquor, tobacco and pharmacy departments are flagged not to give discounts under department maintenance.

Currently, today, Customer Enhanced discounts, order Promotion for Bogo's and order group and order level for member discounts (we have tried both). The enhanced promotions are used for their Milk and Pharmacy promotions and currently they are using this for cereal. Buy 4 and get 6.00 off. All of the enhanced discounts work with member discounts.

The new reward type "Percent Off Order" with a minimum purchase set  does not working properly.

Scenario:

1. Create Enhanced Promotion, with the following attributes

     Group type = Unite

     Reward Type t = Percent Off Order

     Reward Amount = 5.00

     Min. Purchase Amount = $10.00

     Threshold = 1

     2Nd threshold = 1

    Attach the following item  

2. UPC # 64     Dept: Grocery     Price: 1/$5.00  

3. Ring in promotion item

4. Press total  reward given
