New Feature

Smart Card WIC: Support more display messages communicated from MTX.

Smart Card WIC: Damaged or invalid cards should prompt a "Card Problem" message on the Pinpad.  This works for Texas, but no Wyoming because it was found that when MTX sends an error code 9997, ISS45 should display "Card Problem" message. This was not happening for Wyoming because a valid state of Texas was being prompted and Wyoming was failing

SMARTWIC.EXE terminates with different amounts of records in wicxlink.xls.

Scenario: Try different numbers of records in wicxlink.xls
1.Run SmartWICAPL import

Expected Results: Items and categories import. Store Item Numbers linked using wic link maintenance are also imported

Actual Results: SmartWIC.exe blows up when there are certain numbers of records.

WD 268384

SmartWic.exe does not handle 'purchase indicator' correctly on APL items in the WicXlink file.

During ANSI4 APL import, items that are in the wicxlink.csv file that also have the 'Purchase Indicator' (last byte of the record) field set do not have records added to wicitems.qdx for the broadband category. However, the linked PLU does have both the specific and broadband records added.

Scenario:
1. Setup WIC for a state that uses ANSI4 (e.g. MI)
2. Map an item from the APL (an item in, say, category 19, subcat 1 with the purchase indicator set) to a local PLU in Wic Link Maintenance.
3. Run an APL import.

Expected Results: You should see 4 records added to the item list in WIC State Maintenance: 2 for the APL PLU and 2 for the mapped PLU. For example if the APL PLU 4011 is mapped to local PLU 40112:

PLU Cat SubCat
------ ------ ------
4011 19 1
4011 19 0
40112 19 1
40112 19 0

Actual Results: Only 3 records are added. The broadband record for the original APL PLU is missing:

PLU Cat SubCat
------ ------ ------
4011 19 1
40112 19 1
40112 19 0
