| 762_11 | Fault # 861: With a report scheduled as recurring, set the start date as 06/14/00 and the end date as 06/22/00. Set today as 07/15/00. Go into the scheduled report from MFS2, click on the 'one time' radio button in the schedule parameters, try to change the date to 07/15/00 and time to 09:01. When you click 'apply', you get the error '2147207216 {microsoft][odbc sql server driver][sql server]@active_end_date cannot be less than @active_start_date.' | 10/13/2000 |
| 762_11 | Fault # 866: The Electronic Journal search function has lost some of it's capability. Searching by "item" and "department" returns a "No tickets found" even though the data is there using the "All" query. | 10/13/2000 |
| 762_11 | Fault # 145:
1. When the date and time are set in the ISS45 application (6,6)
the DOS servers and terminals get the new date and time changes
correctly. BUT: when the other server is Windows based - only the
date is changed and the time is left 'as is'. E.G., We have an NT
MFS1 and a DOS MFS2 - date and time changes made on MFS1 are made
correctly to MFS2. When we use an NT MFS1 and an NT MFS2 - only the
date is changed on MFS2. 2. The Windows systems support Daylight Savings Time but
the ISS45 system doesn't "see" the correct hour change.E.G.,
We set up NT for the correct Daylight Savings Time parameters for
our time zone. The time switches correctly on the desktop for the
time change (forward or backward at 2AM on the correct date) - but
the ISS45 time does not "switch" and is one hour different
from the system time. 3. The Windows systems support the time entry in second increments while the ISS45 application only has minute increments. |

| 7.6.2_12 | Fault # 674: Whenever a manager changes his passcode under "security maintenance", Through "user password definitions", the system freezes. The manager goes in, changes their password, depresses the F2 key, depresses the esc key to go to the previous screen, and the system freezes. | 10/13/2000 |
| 7.6.2_12 | Fault # 943: Choose in the Electronic Journal <1,9> option search 'by date', then enter a 'file date' to select, and press the [O.K] key, in the 'file selection' choose "select" then choose 'select' again in the 'search options', Press [Esc] key, and an error message "Candidate record file opening error" appears. Press continue and the application goes out to DOS Prompt. This happens only when entering a 'not exist' file date. | 10/13/2000 |
| 7.6.2_12 | When printing the Department report <1,1,1,1> by selecting the option "Print", a red line appears at the bottom of the screen. | 10/13/2000 |
