The clerk display must have a top bar that states two things at all times � the max weight for the scale attached to ISS45 30.01lb and the Weights and Measures approval certification for ISS45 CC95-083

This will be permanently displayed from this patch forward.

Although not recommended one can turn off this display  by changing the WinPOS.ini  to No (USAStypeWeightAndMeasure=No).

Reprocess is not working with discount key (the 03 is not being reprocessed)

Scenario:

1. Member Card should be set up in system (using V8 Ongoing QA system)

6. Use transaction DISCOUNT (function 903)

9. View transaction using tt.  Opcode 03 (discount) is not reprocessed. 

Expected Results: Late swipe of member card will also reprocess DISCOUNT function. 

Actual Results: Balance is correct, but tt does not show discount as being reprocessed.

Voiding an order with Bottle Returns used as exchange tender causes the POS to loop.

Actual Results: POS continuously rings Bottle Refunds and POS gets stuck in loop, requiring cold start to recover.
