New Feature WD 5600	The A/R program that works with V8 does not provide the ability to invoke a control check when a consumer has reached their credit limit. The ACI system will invoke a �red box� error message if a consumer�s purchases will cause the transaction to exceed the credit limit, but there is no way to allow the user to override the transaction and allow the amount to be posted to the customer�s account. This �red box� error message appears to be hard coded in the system. There are many times when the retailer would like to override the transaction and allow it to complete. The system now allows a Control Check to be set up and handled as standard Control Check that can be overridden by someone with permission.
New Feature FO2230501	Fuel - Allow fuel pumps to record over $999.99 in sales.
WD 5413	The customer can now use a target message promotion to generate a coupon for future use at the fuel center. The system will restrict the use of the system generated coupon to one use at the pump. For pay at kiosk, the cashier can enter the coupon number (manually or hotkey) for a mirrored promotion to be invoked.
WD 6122	Cannot perform grades maintenance from the Fuel Front Office
WD 6123	Fuel - Cannot get grades to go to the pump if you change the grade price in FCC
WD 6124	The "Receipt001.xml" file was modified to get the savings to print at the pump for fuel discounts The new file works for the "cents off" fuel promotion The new file DOES NOT work for the "dollars off" fuel promotion. The savings is never shown.
WD 6126	The module "PromotionSrv.exe" was replaced to make sure fuel promotions are accurate.
WD 6127	Scanner software in the fuel has been changed to read all bar coded-vouchers produced by fuel promotions.
WD 6128	With the new enhancements for promotion, you can now configure the fuel site to accept "fuel vouchers", or you can configure the site to take "cents off" at the pump using your loyalty card (this is what we had until the latest release) The initial "cents off" is not working properly (fixed in this release) i. Losing the loyalty card information when the "pay inside" is recalled at the KIOSK. The card number used to be retained when you recalled the transaction in the store ii. The fuel price drops at the pump, but when you present the loyalty card in the store, the fuel discount is given a second time. iii. The cashier is prompted to key enter a voucher amount on a "cents off" Pay Inside transaction 1. Loyalty card scanned at the pump 2. Fuel dispensed 3. Fuel transaction brought up at the POST a. Cashier prompted to key-enter an amount for discount in the way of a manually entered voucher b. This should not display since this is a "cents off" configuration.
WD 6129	Car Wash prohibits the fuel discounts from working at the pump You can still print the voucher during the sales transaction The voucher is rejected at the pump The car wash prompt appears and you can buy a car wash Somehow these two are conflicted and do not work together
WD 6175 WD 6321	Cashier Pickup prompt "do you want to print report? yes/no" doesn't print report. Scenario: 1. Store does pickups for the lanes. 2. When they finish it asks if they want to print report. 3. They hit "yes" and it doesn't print. 4. They have to go to Reports and pull up the report they want to print. 5. They also changed it over to automatically print the report and it doesn't do that either. Expected Results: Expected when hit yes, to have report print out.
WD 6261	When tying to link a PLU to fuel item, get a 430 automation error Scenario: 1. Go to PLU Management / Fuel Product Codes 2. Hit Edit, then Set attachment 3. Select Link By UPC 4. Enter a valid plu number and hit OK Expected Results: Item linked to fuel Product Actual Results: Get error message 430 automation error
WD 6521	Changing price or PLU in Grade Maintenance causes 430 automation error
WD 6543	When using Concord Payments and you have tender set up to be over tender allowed. You set an overtender amount in the F4 control check area. You set a control check for this amount on the first page. If you ring up order and tender with Debit or EBT Cash, you get a box that prompts for Cash Back. If you type in amount that exceeds the overtender amount specified in the tender, the control check does not pop and the transaction can be completed. If you ring transaction and press the overtender amount and then the Debit or EBT Cash key, the control check pops and the limit cannot be exceeded. The cash back box is not checking the limit in the tender record. This is true for ALL versions of ISS45 since this is Concord code related.
WD 6583	On Fuel system, scanned a member card by mistake twice on the pump. The Pump beeps and displays an error message over and over which hitting CANCEL or NO or even resetting the Allied/ANDI box does not recover. To recover the Pump had to be warm restarted (powered down then back up). Fuel version 4.0.7.0.
