Added functionality through barcode programming that can be used to process multiple Gift Cards. This feature will generically support all Gift Card programs. This release it will require  a two-pass activation and will NOT include support for  bar code 128.

Note: This feature requires WinEps version 815.3 and a selection on the software key for the feature.

When entering a weighted item manually, the pos is receiving an error stating that the scale is not 0. 

Resetting the scale has no effect.

Scenario:

Set an item with the flags of weighted item and manual price entry2.Attempt to enter the weight of the item and then the Plu.

Expected Results: The item price should be calculated in accordance with the weight entered by the user.

Actual Results: A message is displayed on the pos that states that the scale is not 0.

Control check is not popping up after credit limit exceeded on AR package

Scenario:

Create customer credit account set credit limit to $10.002.  Ring $8.00 tender to in-store charge with customer�s account #3.  Ring 2nd transaction totaling $3.00 attempt to tender to in-store charge. This Should fail as it�s over the $10.00 credit limit. 

Expected Results: once the threshold is past the control check should pop

Actual Results: control check is not popping up after credit limit exceeded on AR package

Frequent Shopper in use, Member Card as FreqShop Card, FS prompt at beginning, Member Prompt at the Total, FS Card # same as Check Account #, Check Tender prompt for Account # if member card not entered earlier.

Reprocessing turned OFF, Member Card does not include check digit, Don't scan card in middle of transaction. If you look at the attachment, the first number that was scanned at the FS prompt, is the number in the Member file and the same number in the ECCA file.

Scan card at FS prompt, ring sale, press Total, press amount and Check key, tenders order with Member on receipt. Bypass FS prompt, ring order, press Total, Swipe card at Member Prompt, doesn't find number in the ECCA, adds member number PLUS check digit to file. Bypass FS prompt, ring order, press Total, bypass Member Prompt, enter amount and check key, scan card at Account # entry, same thing, adds number to file with check digit.

Expected Results: Card number should be the same no matter where you enter it.

Actual Results: Card number adds check digit on the end if scanned in Member Prompt.

Video port with OPOS printer does not work:

The port for print commands work to other devices when using a normal POST RS232 printer.  If you use the print with OPOS and try to use the port for print commands to video capture devices, etc. it does not work.

Scenario:1.  Set up a Epson H6000II TransScan printer on TP2000 com3 and use opos2.  Check the box for Port for print command and have output device on COM1, COM2 or COM4.3.  No output is sent to the device.4.  Using the Epson H6000II printer without OPOS will allow the data to go out the other com port for capture.

Expected Results: Output to device capture equipment working when POST printer is using OPOS

Actual Results:  No output to device capture equipment when POST printer is using OPOS

Fuel - Pumps are reporting pos unavailable after a barcode is scanned and timeout occurs for payment card

Scenario:1. scan a member/coupon barcode at the pump.

2.after the member/coupon barcode is approved the pump prompts for payment card.

3. let the payment prompt timeout.

4. transaction gets stuck with pos unavailable

5.Expected Results: timeout should not result in a stuck transaction at pumps

Actual Results: stuck transaction on pumps

Note: this required a firmware change to the ANDI box - fix GDA01070-T03

Concord V8 multi-part receipt not always printing the customer copy. Occur about 15 times per day in the store.

The problem with Concord V8 multi-part receipt not always printing the customer copy lies in a bug in the posw32.exe (specifically in the posrcvr.c code).

Cash back is not being reported on the ISS45 V8 POS if there are multiple electronic tenders on the order.

 1. Ring $5.00 Groceries 2. Tender $3.00 on Debit 3. Choose YES at the pinpad for cash back, $20.00 4. Tender remaining $2.00 on Credit The POS is not seeing the $20.00 cash back, therefore the cashier does not give the customer their $20. However the customer is being charged the full $23.00 to their debit card.
