Even though ISS45 receives velocity information, it is not displaying some of the lines that is should. This information is critical to retailers to provide security for customers check processing stability.

Scenario:

Do some WinEPS check orders that will return velocity information.  Compare the displayed screen with the information in the WinEPS journal and you will see that some lines have been dropped.  

Expected Results: All the velocity information received should be displayed on the POST 

Actual Results: Some velocity lines are getting dropped out of the display

Fuel - receive a Front Office Overflow 6 error when clicking on the ellipse in Grades Maintenance.

Scenario: 

1. Go to Fuel / Setup / Grades, select a Grade from the Grid.

2. Click on the ellipse for one of the Grade to PLU/Dept link. 

Expected Results: The list of plus or departments to link to would be displayed.  

Actual Results: Front Office Over flow error is given.

Fuel Prices do not show on the Grades page in Front Office 

Scenario: View Grades in Front Office 

1.In Front Office, open Fuel/Grades 

Expected Results: Grades Page opens and the selected grades and their prices are viable 

Actual Results: Grades Page opens and the selected grades are viable, but the prices are zeroes

Fuel - When you attempt to change fuel prices by batches or manually the Front office application just hangs and then times out. 

Scenario:

Batches were sent down to change fuel prices (grades update PLU). The price didn�t change and the status says running.

After killing batch.exe an attempt was made to change the price manually but the front office application stops responding and needs to be terminated through task manager.

When we reboot the server we are able to change prices after it comes back up

1. We suspect that there is a communication break down between Front Office and Fuel.

2. And we are looking to add extra logging in FG_Grades, FO_Grades, FuelGenSrv in FuelErr.dll, FuelDBsrv.dll, and V8_main.dll. 

Expected Results: We should be able to change fuel prices while services are running 

Actual Results: Services are running but we cannot change fuel prices

Items missing from receipt after reprocess ticket at late swipe. When the transact.qdx wraps (cycles back to 0) all the items that where scanned prior to getting to transaction record number 0 are lost. 

Scenario:

1. On the POS - shrink the transact.qdx to 200 records.

2. Do 2 or 3 tickets to get you close to the end of the file record 170,180

3. Ring 10 items, scan card

4. total transaction 

Expected Results: All items sold before member card should show up on the screen after scanning the card  

Actual Results: some items are missing.

Actual Results: some items are missing.

Hourly productivity report is failing to generate during EOD or manually. Support investigation shows that we are failing on a Windows dll that is a part of MDAC package. 

Scenario:

1. In EOD reports, check hourly productivity report to generate.

2. run EOD 

Expected Results: hourly report generated with no problems. 

Actual Results: the report give errors, any report that comes after this will not generate as well.
