Can not install Solidcore on any LFS Scenario: 1. Start install of Solidcore on an LFS 2. The install will fail because there is no software key and there is no bit set in POSCONF.QDX for Solidcore 3. The software key issue is not a problem since an LFS will never have a software key 4. The problem is that the POSCONF.QDX file on an LFS is, by default, set to 2 records, this should be increased to 10 records by default 5. With the record count set to 10, when POSCONF.QDX get created, records 3 - 10 will be populated with C0's and the proper bit will be set to a '1' for Solidcore Expected Results: Solidcore can be installed on an LFS without a software key |
| WD 9411 | The Hourly Productivity Report shows the wrong number of Active POS |
| WD 9519 | If you set screen 6.1.4.1 - to none for printing a LOGO. Then if a clerk 'saves' an order and then continues to another order and processes a check - the printing on the front of the check will consistently print almost off the top of the check. The only quick fix is to turn the printer on/off and the template will correct. The long term 'workaround' is to create a logo that is just the customer name and call this logo as if it is a header. Note: you must remove the customer name from the header not to have duplicate names. By using the logo the problem is never seen |
| WD 9538 | Added logging for EOD to detect a memory leak in POSRSMGN.dll |

Incorrect Bonus Buy Saving messages may print for weighted items if item is set up to use Price Comparison Scenario: 1.Set up an UPC-A item (an example would be 20115800000 ) as a weighted item and a price of 10.78. 2.On the Parameter 2 Tab set up Price Comparison Type = Bonus Buy Savings and a Price of 10.78 3.In General System Parameters set the POST\Presentation\Receipt\Regular Printing\Bonus Buy\PLU Comparison Printing Type = Line and all Print Summary Reports = Yes 4.Ring up the item by entering 20115800838, where 838 equals the embedded price of $8.38. 5.Ring up another of the same items but with embedded price of $9.39 by entering 20115800939. Expected Results: Neither item will print a Bonus Buy Savings message because item was sold at regular price Actual Results: The first item (20115800838) prints a Bonus Buy Savings message of $0.03 but the second item (20115800939) does not print a savings message. This appears to be cause due to our method of rounding. The $8.38 comes from the random weight barcode. The $10.78 comes from the item price in ISS45. The .78LB is calculated based on price of item scanned divided by price per pound. 8.38/10.78=.7773 The weight is being rounded on the receipt to .78LB. It looks like the savings amount was calculated by taking the weight multiplied by price per pound and then subtract the price of the item scanned. .78 X 10.78=8.4084 This calculated amount is rounded to $8.41. $8.41-$8.38=$0.03 which is what shows as savings on the T-BONE. There were no actual savings on the T-BONE. The price per pound on the meat tag and in ISS45 price and bonus buy fields is identical. If calculated weight was rounded at 4 decimal places you would have .7773x10.78=8.3792, which would round to 8.38. |
