Item  Description
WD 7258 Member Card Secondary ID at the pin pad has the following issue:  The Hypercom pin pad should change to the normal payment screen when the secondary id # is entered. If the number is entered by the cashier then the hypercom 4100 screen is staying at the phone number screen. If you hit the clear key on the Hypercom 4100 display, the hypercom 4100 seems to freeze at that point. Look at the Scenario below for the steps. Note: on the verifone 490 the screen is changing correctly

Scenario:

Using a Hypercomm Optimal4100

1) Start an order

2) Displays

Pin Pad showing (Please enter your phone number screen)

POST showing Frequent Shopper No. screen

3) Hit enter on the POST to bypass the frequent shopper screen

4) Use member search (function 1036) on the POST to key in the 10 digit phone number

5) The POST displays member card holder, name, etc and the hit (C) to continue

6) Hit the clear key on the POST and continue the order

7) The 4100 Pin Pad screen is not changing and still shows the phone number screen

8) Hit the clear key on the 4100 and nothing happens. The phone number screen still shows but does not take any input and appears frozen

Expected Results: The screen should be changing from the enter phone number screen to the normal payment screen when the 10 phone number is entered at the POST

Actual Results: the Hypercom 4100 screen is not changing when the 10 digit phone number is entered at the POST
WD 7266 Member Card Secondary ID at the pin pad has the following issue:  The Hypercom pin pad should change to the normal payment screen when the total key is pressed at the POST and tender mode is entered on the POST. The spec indicates it should but it is not working on the hypercom 4100 pin pad. The phone number screen is still being displayed.

Note: The Verifone 490 pin pad is working correctly according to the spec.

Scenario:

1. Start an order and leave the hypercom pin pad displaying the Please Enter Your Phone Number screen

2. ring some items and then hit the total key to enter the tender mode on the POST

3. The pin pad should change from the Phone number screen to the payment screen according to the spec

4. Note: This is working on the Verifone 490 but not on the hypercom 4100.

Expected Results: all pin pads should be changing to the payment state when the POST goes into tender mode

Actual Results: the hypercom 4100 pin pad stays at the phone number screen
MTX DLL Innovax PO was sluggish and PLU entries are now processing faster.
MTX DLL Serial message for PIN entry is now being written to OpenEPS
MTX DLL Offline transactions were being corrupted by a local decline.

Note: The MTXEOS help desk may have to assist in removal of corrupted offline transactions.
MTX DLL Access violations have been addressed in this Service Pack.
Host Module A debit transaction would cause no signature line to be printed for subsequent credit transactions.
EPS Engine EBT balances were not printing on 2127 receipts
RPT.Exe transactions after midnight were not showing up on daily reports.
ACI_TCP ACI host - UPC information from the POST will be stored in bit 3-15 for outgoing ACI message.
