ISS45 Version 8.1.5.1-070 Release Table

See the table below for a description of the new features provided and faults addressed in this release.  Information in this table prior to release is provided in order to assist dealers in their planning, and while they are not commitments, this list represents StoreNext's best view at time of posting regarding highly likely new feature content and faults most likely to be addressed.

Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

WD 13112

When a 0k Batch is put in the Import folder for Batchexe to execute it causes batchexe to hang until it is restarted.

Scenario:
1. Place a 0k batch in the import folder
2. Batchexe locks up and will not move onto the next batch.

Expected Results: Batchexe should move the 0k batch to rejected and move on

Actual Results: Batchexe does not apply the 0k batch and program hangs until restarted.

WD 13113

The batchExe.exe is hung after EOD.

Scenario:
1. Run EOD
2. Copy file to the import folder - you will see that the BX file are hung and not running.
(The batchExe.exe in task manager but the CPU is 0)

To fix it we end the process of the batchExe.exe and then we stop and start the POS_Srv services

Expected Results: The batchExe.exe should run.

Actual Results: The batchExe.exe is hung after EOD.

WD 13119

POS may ring price list item incorrectly.  If there are communication issues with MFS1 preventing the POS from reading the Price List information "online", the first item will sell at price list price, but subsequent sales of the same item in the same ticket will be at the normal price.

Expected Results:
Price list items should ring at price list price

Actual Results:
There are cases where the POS may sell the first item at price list price, but if the same item is sold again, it will be sold at the normal price.

WD 13131

M-Dot - Free form text showing in the next customer receipt.

Scenario:
1. Enter an invalid shopper id (ex: 12345)
2. Scan some UPCs and total the order
3. After cashing out the order you will see a message at the bottom of the receipt that tells the consumer that the ID was not found and that they should go to hillers.com to enroll
4. new ticket - Enter an enrolled shopper ID (ex: 7276865999)
5. Scan some UPCs and total the order
6. tender the order and look at the receipt

Expected Results: you should not see the message that tells the consumer that the ID was not found and that they should go to hillers.com to enroll.

Actual Results: you will see a message at the bottom of the receipt that tells the consumer that the ID was not found and that they should go to hillers.com to enroll
