See the table below for a description of the new features provided and faults addressed in this release.  Information in this table prior to release is provided in order to assist dealers in their planning, and while they are not commitments, this list represents StoreNext's best view at time of posting regarding highly likely new feature content and faults most likely to be addressed.

Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

Enhanced Member Promotion that requires Points Redemption will trigger immediately when Reward Type is set to CASH.

Scenario:
1.Setup Points Accumulation and Points Redemption
2.Create new Enhanced Member Promotion as attached
3.Ring up transaction that will trigger the prompt for Points Redemption

Expected Results: Cashier will receive a prompt to redeem the points for the reward

Actual Results: Reward is triggered automatically, even when member does not have enough points.

Negative flag validation should be done according the flags in the batch or the PLU table flags.

Scenario:
1. In PLU batch - touch the Vendor coupon flag and make it BOLD but FALSE
(means will be set to 0, but this property was touched, hence will be updated with FALSE)
2. set a Negative entry flag to TRUE (it becomes BOLD and TRUE)
3. go to PLU and set for same item Negative=TRUE, Vendor coupon = FALSE (also other coupon flags should be false/unset)
4. execute the batch - it will fail with setting the Negative flag over the existing value.

WD 279491

Cashier approval message can inhibit background prepay processing on the PFS in the Retalix Loyalty environment.  If WinPOS on the PFS processes a prepay (post-void / re-ring) that triggers a cashier approval message, the message will be displayed until an action is taken. If the PFS is not being monitored, this could inhibit prepay and PAP processing until noticed.

Scenario:
1. See attachments for setup
2. Set prepay and pump fully

Expected Results: At this time, I cannot say how this should work. Some discussion needs to take place to determine how the POS behaves in this scenario. Simply omitting the cashier approval message could have unintended consequences in dealing with the promotion.

Actual Results: Cashier approval message is shown, inhibiting background prepay and PAP processing.
