NOTE: The 8.1.8.0-090 version of ISS45 has been certified for EMV with the Verifone MX915 and MX860 with Connected Payments 828.7 Gold 24. The MX925 is compatible to the MX915 and is also supported. Please see the release table below for full details.

NOTE: ISS45 8.1.7.0-150 and later require the ProLogic/YOU Tech/S&H/GreenPoints option to be set on the HASP keys. ISS45 will not work with Prologic/etc. without HASP key support.
NOTE: ISS45 8.1.7.0-150 and later require the Self-Checkout option to be set on the HASP keys. The ISS45 system will not work with any self-checkout system without HASP key support.

printer error 482 The Problem : When going into EJ and try to print

Preferred Customer field of the EJ of the ExtTrs32.log Scenario: Actual Results: Full Credit card number is being displayed in the EJ of
the ExtTrs32.log POSW32 Crash Related to Target Message. Supporting 16 Digit Gift Cards and EMV Dept Sales Report by cashier the grand total of sales is 30,000 but its
just showing #'S Transcache file count increases on lanes when doing check cashing only
at lane. 1. Run 4 checks which increased it to 90 records 2. Then ring a cash transaction so it reset it to 27 records. 3. Continue to ring transactions and tender with checks, the record has
not reset. 4. Ring 1 cash transaction and it reset it back down to 28 records. SSCO -NCR Fast Lane getting error msgs that items are not found and
have had to cold start them in the mornings. Scenario: 1. Fresh Install of NCR Fast Lanes 2. Rang a business day, store closed, EOD Ran 3. In the morning, Test scan an item, returned an error "Item not
found". 4. Cold Start Lane and works, then store closes, eEOD runs 5. In the morning, Test scan of an item returned an error "Item not
found". Expected Results: Lane would start up morning and work. Actual Results: Test scan of an item returned an error "Item not
found". Changing an option in Transaction Handling Parameters causes a file
init error code 512 at line 275. Scenario: Choosing NO to print receipt causes header and logo to be missing from
next receipt, when multiple receipts would have printed. I.e. store
charge, credit card If you choose NO to print the receipt when
tendering where multi part receipt would print, the next receipt is
missing the logo and header. Promotions using PLU Trigger and Not Member Card are given without PLU
Trigger. Promotions not requiring a card but requiring a PLU trigger apply
without the PLU trigger if a card is scanned at the end of the order. This
occurs with reprocess turned off or turned on. FCODE 1429 not working as designed in 8170-150. Scenario: Cannot interrupt INFO REFRESH after EOD for 24 hour store. Target Message Intermittently Showing up on PFS that is not being Used.
Target message popping up on PFS when not signed on v8.1.7.0-150 with fuel
1023.2381 On occasion a target message or a "customer details cannot be
retrieved" message will appear on the PFS and the PFS will appear to be
logged on. When this happens all fuel transaction reporting stops though
it does not stop the pumps from working either for pre pays or PAP. The
only way to fix this is to cold start the PFS. The PFS is a stand alone
lane that no one ever logs on to. Clear key does not clear Item not Found message Must have GSP setting STORE\POST\OPERATIONAL\SCANNING = "Force
Department Price Entry on Unknown Items" = NO (to see the "ITEM NOT FOUND"
Message). Expected Results: Numeric Value in Dynamic Item Attribute Maintenance causing Error 438. Scenario: 1. Open Dynamic Item Attributes Maintenance Sending price changes from PLU Maint after changing the SA password
cause an SQL Error. After changing the SA password using the
ChangeSAPwd.exe,an SQL error in the SQL logs when changing price in PLU
Maintenance: "Login failed for user 'sa'.Reason : password did not match
that for the login provided.[Client:129.103.2.4] Issues with the latest fuel and POS and Prepay Receipts at Pump
GSP set. Scenario: -GSP "Pre-Pay Receipts At Pump" = YES PLU Inquiries allows Price Changes - No longer Secure Use of this feature is optional. For security reasons, the store may want staff members to go into PLU
Maintenance for checking prices, but prohibit them from changing item
details. PLU Inquiries enables you to view details on a PLU without being
able to edit, add or delete the item. #BAR_CODE= option in templates no longer prints a bar code After
upgrading to 8.1.8.0-090 - #BAR_CODE= option in templates no longer prints
a bar code when using the GSP, "Template to print customer slip after
every X customers". Scenario: 1. Setup template by adding the #BAR_CODE=(UPC) line Keyboard Programming-Entering a Function Number in the Keyboard
Functions List, it is very slow to find the number. When entering a
“Function number” in that field, it takes a long time for it to find the
number. Call to hook_freq_shopper not working for in 8.1.8.0-090 with SSCO.
POSW32.exe is not recognizing the AM/PM Code in the WINPOS.ini line in
version 8180.090 on the SSCO's. The line that was added into the WINPOS.INI was NCR_SCOT_AMPM=Yes Online WIC/Cost Plus: Split tender CVB is not calculating the correct
price for this scenario. This is a COST Plus store with online WIC Report is showing the pound symbol instead of the dollar amount.
Scenario: Duplicate Receipts causes the SSCO not to finish the tender of a sale.
Scenario: 1. Set up Duplicate Receipts on Cash tender Employee scans their loyalty card and when tendering gets POSW32 error
and lane crashes. Scenario: User should be allowed to enter a new item to add to the group, and the
application should not lock up. Scenario SSCO- % Transaction Discount will not allow greater than 10% discount
NCR SSCO with TB43 and ISS45 8.1.8.0-90. Unable to process a Transaction Discount greater than 10% when in
Assist Mode. Attempting to input greater than "10" results in "General Item Error"
message and you can try again. The maximum percentage should be controlled by the addition of the
following in scotopts.000: The date selection field is all black although the date can be modified
it is not visible. |
