New Feature	Interval messages and interval forms are now supported. These messages can be displayed between the completion of an order at the POST and the start of a new payment process. The advantage of interval messages is that it locks the payment terminal and does not allow information to be entered into the POST until first payment order complete. This feature is supported only on the L4100 and above PIN pad
New Feature	OpenEPS now uses InstallShield executables for installation. Users are no longer required to install with batch files or manually created directory structures.
New Feature	WinEPS now supports the OMNI 3750 PIN pad
New Feature	New TAC configurations have been added for Secondary IDs. The use of these IDs can have minimum level dollar value of the order to generate a request for the following Secondary IDs: Drivers License, Phone Number, or Member Card.
New Feature	PCI compliance - the WinEPS and OpenEPS software will control the credit card information and no longer require ISS45 or ScanMaster to send or store credit card information from the POST to WinEPS.
