WinEPS Fix	A local decline does not require additional processing just logging, at one point this decline was doing an erroneous database lookup
WinEPS Fix	Multiple fuel pumps had an issue when a pump would try to reconnect the old connection was not being closed properly and the new connection would fail
WinEPS Fix	The Void Allowed or Void Not Allowed in specific transactions types were not being written to the Config.xml files
WinEPS Fix	An encryption issue was causing failure in the lockup of valid debit bins in the Debit Bin table.
WinEPS Fix	WinEPS will now wait to receive an ACK (acknowledgement) before marking the transaction complete so that the POS and WinEPS do not get out of sync
WinEPS Fix	During ECC processing the large volume of receipt data exceeding the 999 character limit was failing transactions
WinEPS Fix	The Cash Back amount from the previous transaction was being buffered when a NB response received
WinEPS Fix	Multiple PIN entry prompts would cause the PIN pad to loop during PIN entry
WinEPS Fix	If a buffered check data contained an invalid MICR data, all subsequent check transactions would be set to invalid MICR data
