Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

RPO is terminating when signing on using the handheld.

There are two issues that might be related.

ISSUE 1) In the event view when the RPO first starts up and not even used at the time, I see two errors. The first one from PointOfSale and the second one from VBRuntime

The VB Application identified by the event source logged this Application V8O_PLU: Thread ID: 3576 ,Logged: MsgBox: , Can't find Detail on log File

ISSUE 2) Using the Handheld to sign on to RPO causes the RPOCommSrv ICON to go away in the system tray and RPOServer.exe task to go away in Task Manager processes TAB.

Scenario:

1. Load RPO-StoreNext-1.8.7.11-2007.1054_QA.exe and V8.1.4.1-010.

2. Set up RPO correctly with the user from ISS45.

3. Just sign on to RPO using the Handheld and you will see the issue.

Expected Results: RPO should not terminate at a sign on from the handheld

Actual Results: RPO terminates when signing on with the handheld
