New Feature	A new feature to allow Hosts that do not support SIL to send maintenance to file loads of RBO with delimited or fixed files. This feature allows users to map incoming fields to RBO database fields, establish default values for fields with no data and apply formulas to data.
New Feature	Synchronize POS vendor cost fields - takes the effective cost, primary vendor and case size for the current data and copies then into the Vendor Item Number. Units per Case and Case Cost for the POS in a batch. A new parameter POS Cost Sync Cut-Off Time - sets a time after which the cost copied is the next day's cost
New Feature	The Host Tab in Parameter Maintenance as been modified to accommodate the changes for the General Import utility. The new screen specifically indicates which parameters are SIL related
New Feature	The Labels Tab in the Parameter Maintenance has a new parameter - Test File Format. This parameter allows users to change from the current Fixed Length file to a comma or tab separated file when exporting label data.
