The Delete Invoice Utility run via BackOffice Tasks is deleting "old" costs if there is a future cost on the item - even if there is no current cost. The invoice delete utility run via BackOffice Tasks is deleting all costs older than the keep days set in the parameter, so long as there is a future cost on the item. The cs log file contains: the number of costs deleted with a start date prior to mm/dd/yyyy (a date determined by the cost /adjustment keep days parameter) that also have a current cost. The utility does not appear to be differentiating between future and current cost. When the user attempts to receive the item a message is received indicating there is no current cost for the item. |

The movement of some items whose weight flag was changed in the middle of the day were not pulled into RBO. Scenario: Process the customer movement file in: thunder\d$\OldS\Bass Files\Test Files\Storeline8 Movement\defect_303183 Expected Results: Movement process should complete successfully and without error. The log should report that 5070 rows were processed into RBO movement history. NOTE: this is the number of rows that contain "total" (price_type = 99) movement. Actual Results: The Movement process stops because of errors on 2 different item movement rows (20990400000 and 20990700000) which are reported in the syslog in 4.8.1 (see R&D comments), and no movement is processed into the RBO mvmt_history table. 6090 rows are left in mvmt_storeline ready for processing the next time movement is run. 6090 does NOT include the two error items which are effectively skipped because of this issue and will not be pulled into RBO mvmt_history when movement is run the next time. |

A Labels Parameter needs to have Help and the User's Guide information updated. Help and the User's Guide should be updated for RBO Labels Tab Parameter "Output includes Promo Information" to include that for V8 and StoreLine, if this parameter is checked and there are any promotions on an item that a tag will print for the item and for each promotion attached to the item. i.e. if there are two promotions on an item, 3 tags will print for that item even though the quantity to print is set to 1. |

Copy Ad-Level in Group Code Pricing doesn't work correctly when 'Enable You Saved Maintenance' is 'No' and the 'You Saved Pricing Method' = 'Competitor/MSRP Pricing' Scenario: 1. Set IM Parameters: Copy Ad-Level in Group Code Pricing = Yes, You Saved Pricing Method' = 'Competitor/MSRP Pricing', and You Saved Maintenance' = 'No'. Note: the 'You Saved Pricing Method is disabled when 'Enable You Saved Maintenance' = 'No' so you must turn on 'Enable You Saved Maintenance' to be able to change it. 2. Open a Temp Batch and change the price of an item that has an Item Group Code set. 3. Save the change 4. Choose 'Yes' to apply the change to the other items with the same Item Group Code 5. Review the batch Expected Results: The Ad Level field is changed on the other items to match the Ad Level on the item where the price change was made Actual Results: The Ad Level field is set to 1 on the other items with that same Item Group Code like it should if 'Enable You Saved Maintenance' is on. |
