ScanMaster Version 2.3.1-060 Release Table

Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

Check Faces are not being written on an EPSON 6000

Scenario: 

1.  Ring a sale at the register, hit TOTAL, select CHECKS and PAPER CHECK.

2.  Prompts, "INSERT CHECK FOR MICR", insert the check, the check is read.

3.  Register prompts, "WRITE CHECK? (YES/NO)", put the check into the printer, hit ENTER (YES) to write the check. 

4.  Register prompts, "PRESS CLEAR TO CONTINUE", hit CLEAR, the printer then makes a noise, puts the check through but doesn't write the check.  Very quickly, "REMOVE SLIP" shows at the register and then "PRESS CLEAR TO CONTINUE". 

5.  Put slip back in the printer, hit CLEAR, now the check gets written (but the check is flipped because you think it was going to endorse it). 

6.  Then get PRINTER ERROR and have to hit CLEAR 4 times before it will clear.

7.  Then the register shows "REMOVE SLIP", the sale ends and check hasn't been written or endorsed. 

Expected Results: Check should write correctly.

Actual Results: Check doesn't get written.
