SM2USCO.EXE – U-Scan Interface Customer Station will dispense incorrect change in certain scenarios. U-Scan - Customer Station will dispense incorrect change in certain scenarios. Determining from a log that was sent, the Customer Station will dispense change when the cashier goes into direct mode presses a number and exits direct mode with out the number being cleared But if pressing a number key and exit direct mode, will leave the U-Scan in a known state, but add that to the change due. Example scenario: Scenario: 1. Ring an item on the Customer Station. 2. Press total 3. At attendant station, go into direct mode and press a number 4. Exit direct mode without clearing the number 5. Tender the sale at the Customer Station Expected Results: Number key pressed in direct mode will not add to the cash tendered at the Customer Station Actual Results: Adds the number key pressed in direct mode to the cash tender amount. |
