Finance Chg Cutoff Inclusion option resulting in missing SRR
information and *.dun files not being deleted.
When the
option Finance Chg Cutoff Inclusion is set to YES the *.dun files
will not be deleted during EOD and thus the SRR will not be written
to.
Scenario #1: Using all manual processes, the other using
all auto processes - for EOD procedures.
1. Set Finance Chg
Cutoff Inclusion option to YES 2. Run C:\grocery\sm2clr 3.
Ring up a transaction and sign off the cashier 4. Manually settle
the cashier for the amount shown 5. Manually run EOD Expected
Results: Office Recon and Final Deposit will be waiting to be done.
Actual Results: Office Recon and Final Deposit will not be
waiting to be done. Checking the EOD log shows that we are "Weekly
Balancing" and thus the *.dun files are not deleted, and thus cannot
do the Office Recon or Final Deposit
Scenario #2:
1.
Set Finance Chg Cutoff Inclusion option to YES 2. Select 3 for
the Auto Settle/Recon/Deposit option 3. Run C:\grocery\sm2clr
4. Ring up a transaction and sign off the cashier 5. Manually run
the EOD - can set it to run automatically, but running manually
saves us some time. Expected Results: Recon and Final Deposit
complete, information written to SRR.
Actually Results: Error
on Screen, no information in SRR

GR2WICST.BTR needs added to the conversion utility to support the
addition of Connecticut. Connecticut was added to the blank
fixed state file. However if other states are configured in the WIC
state maintenance then Connecticut will never be updated to the
modified GR2WICST.BTR. |
