Printing Instructions: many browsers do not support correct color and format printing directly from the Web.  For best results, with your cursor highlight the section of the table you wish to print and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste from the clipboard into a blank Word document and print the Word document to a color printer.

Not able to complete a payment with Gift Card as method of payment.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Scan an item. There are  no coupons for this item. Press Pay now.

  2. Select Gift Card as method of payment.

Actual Result

- You are unable to select the gift card type of payment and slide the gift card on the PINpad.

- The payment screen is displayed again.

 

Expected Result

One should be able to select the Gift Card as a method of payment and complete the payment.

Tracker 49582

Receipt doesn't print correctly. The header and footer are no longer centered, and the footer gets cut off in the middle and finishes printing on the next receipt. The item detail is not as noticeable.

Patlite remains red on "SCAN_ITEM_NEXT_ITEM" screen if customer originally requested help.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start an order. Press [Liamar Alcagiro].

  2. The Mobile Attendant is alerted: �Customer requests help�.

  3. The Patlite is lit red.

  4. The cashier acknowledges the alert prompt.

  5. Examine the Patlite.

Actual Result

1. The Patlite remains red on  �SCAN_ITEM_NEXT_ITEM�, even though another item is scanned/purchased.

2. The only time the Patlite changes back to green is if U-Scan transitions to another screen (for example: �PLU_REQUIRED� or �NBC_TAB_LOOKUP� or other.)

3. The Attendant Station message that displayed �Customer requests help� should be in SPANISH since the default language is for a CHILEAN customer.

 

Expected Result

Once the cashier acknowledges the �Customer request help� prompt, the Patlite should transition to green.

Tracker 49904

Transaction performed at Attendant Station sends receipt printout to Customer Station.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select lane 4 at the Attendant Station and access Direct Mode.

  2. Purchase an item and tender it out with exact cash. 

  3. The receipt will be printed out at the Attendant Station, since the transaction was performed there.

  4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 but this time select lane 2.

Actual Result

The receipt is printed at the robot (Lane 2).

 

Expected Result

The receipt will print out at the Attendant Station since the transaction was performed there.

Robot seems unresponsive to control barcode at the end of transaction.

 

Steps to Reproduce

Note: we were unable to reproduce the issue.

The following is re-constructed from the logs 0824Tue_CUST2_0001A_11.zip.

Double-hand scanning is enabled

(i.e., Robot\Security\MaximumUnresolvedSecurityItems = 2).

The Robot\Security\NewItemSingleScanOnly parameter is set to 0.

Perform the following transaction (note: in the text below, the item barcodes are not important. It is important instead to use new and regular items in the prescribed sequence):

- Start a transaction at the robot.

- Scan regular item �07158001202� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �03800051621� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �04113035575� and place it in the bag.

- Scan regular item �07743895003� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �04113031376� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �05000004080� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new items �05000042874� and �05000042884� together. Place both in the bag as one item.

- At the cashier you should see �Waiting for item in bag*� for the second new item. Override it by pressing the security Ok button.

- Scan new item �05000042934� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �05220000795�.

- At the cashier, you should see �Waiting for item in bag*�. Override it by pressing the security Ok button almost at the same time as the item is being placed in the bag.

- No security violation should be triggered.

- Scan regular item �05000042944� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item�05220000797� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �05220000792� and place it in the bag.

- Scan regular item �05000042874� and place it in the bag.

- Scan new item �05000004060� and place it in the bag.

- Press Pay Now.

- On HAVE_CPNS_QUERY MM, enter DMode.

- Tender part of the transaction with EBT FoodStamp.

- At the robot, remove three items from the bag scale.

- Exit DMode.

- At the robot, you should not see the Items were Removed screen (even if security in the trace shows a violation, the MM didn't display the violation. Instead it went to Choose Payment).

- The MM should go to Choose Payment.

- Select Debit and try to complete the order at the robot.

Actual Result

- The robot seems unresponsive from this point on.

- Scanning the control barcode doesn't work.

- The order has to be completed in DMode at the cashier.

- Security has to be overridden at the cashier for PLEASE_REMOVE_BAGS MM to appear.

Expected Result

The order should be completed normally.

Tracker 51945

Patlite lane light does not work (not lit) when lane is open on NextGen Platform Setup.

 

Steps to Reproduce

Please note:

* Using Device Tester, the tests were OK (lights come off when appropriate color is selected).

- Start the robot and cashier.

- Open the lane.

 

Actual Result

The lane light (Patlight) does not work.

Expected Result

The lane light should lit up in green as soon as the lane is OPEN.

iPAD software installation and download error code 2.

 

Step to Reproduce

Configure and install the iPAD software for the Mobile Attendant.

 

Actual Result

- The installation and download process will stop with an error code of 2.

- The software will not install.

 

Expected Result

The downloading and installation procedure should be successful and no error code = 2 should be displayed.

Robot application exited after scanning two new items with double handed scanning enabled.

 

Steps to Reproduce

Please note: the steps to repro below is where I was able encounter the problem and the robot logs are based.

  1. Stop the Robot application if running.

  2. Enable double handed scanning - MaximumUnresolvedsECURITYiTEMS=2.

  3. Enable registry NewItemSingleScanOnly=0.

  4. Reset the weights on any two items so that when scanned/purchased it will be a new item.

  5. Stop the robot and open the lane.Press the Start button.

  6. Scan the first new item without putting the item in the bag and right away scan the second new item.

  7. Put the two new items scanned in the bag.

Actual Result

The robot application stopped/exited to Launchpad.

 

Expected Result

The Robot application should not stop/exit.
