These zipped files each provide a special Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that contains complete pricing and configuration information. All contractual discounts and services pricing is included in order to automate the proposal and ordering process. The new configurer provides all wholesaler discounting data on a single spreadsheet - by inserting the wholesaler name, the discounting data is automatically adjusted to match that particular wholesaler's agreement. The appropriate configurer sheet must normally accompany a wholesaler order to qualify for any additional discounting or benefits.
